Vocal Tips
Practice good vocal hygiene by limiting dairy, orange juice and carbonated beverages in your diet. Those beverages increase phlegm in the back of the throat and inhibits the ability of the air to flow through the vocal cords freely. Occasional use is fine, but if you are in the studio or touring, apple juice, warm water with honey (fresh squeezed lemon only if necessary to cut phlegm) or coconut water are better.

The key to wisdom is this - constant and frequent questioning, for by doubting we are led to question and by questioning we arrive at the truth.
